- Is this a gig job or real employment?
- Real employment. Every shopper is a W-2 hourly employee with scheduled shifts, payroll through Paychex, and weekly direct deposit — never a contractor guessing at next week's pay.
- How much will I earn?
- $18-20/hr base depending on your mall, plus daily streak bonuses stacked on top. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing before your first shift.
- Which mall will I work in?
- One home mall, matched to your address during the application. All your shifts happen there — no driving between stops.
- Do I need a car?
- No. You hand orders to a driver at the mall checkpoint. You never deliver to homes.
- What documents do I need to sign up?
- A driver's license or state ID and a quick selfie. You must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Do I pick items off the shelf myself?
- Depends on the store. Partner boutiques pack the order and hand it to you at the counter — you just scan and collect. At every other store, you shop the shelf like a regular customer. The app always tells you which kind of order it is.
- Do I pay for the items myself?
- Never. You pay with the InstaMall card in your app, and every purchase is photo-verified with the receipt.
- How long does approval take?
- Your mall's team reviews every application personally — expect a decision in 1–3 business days by text and email.
