Is this a gig job or real employment?
Real employment. Every shopper is a W-2 hourly employee with scheduled shifts, payroll through Paychex, and weekly direct deposit — never a contractor guessing at next week's pay.
How much will I earn?
$18-20/hr base depending on your mall, plus daily streak bonuses stacked on top. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing before your first shift.
Do I need a car?
No. You hand orders to a driver at the mall checkpoint. You never deliver to homes.
Do I pick items off the shelf myself?
Depends on the store. Partner boutiques pack the order and hand it to you at the counter — you just scan and collect. At every other store, you shop the shelf like a regular customer. The app always tells you which kind of order it is.
Do I pay for the items myself?
Never. You pay with the InstaMall card in your app, and every purchase is photo-verified with the receipt.
