How long does the application take?

The quick form on this page has five steps — your brand, your stores, a contact, your POS or inventory system and a final review — and takes about 2 minutes. There are no upfront costs. When you submit, it goes to our partnerships team, who reach out to the contact you provide. You can also use the retail partner application.

How quickly can my store go live?

Once our partnerships team approves your application, you set up payouts, complete your store profile and connect or upload your catalog in the partner dashboard — your store goes live as soon as those steps are done.

Which POS systems does InstaMall work with?

InstaMall syncs with Shopify and Square. If you use another system, or you're not sure, that's a fine answer on the application — you can keep your inventory up to date by uploading a CSV or XLSX file.

Where does InstaMall operate?

InstaMall serves Miami, including stores at Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Brickell City Centre, Miami Design District and The Shops at Merrick Park.

How do orders and returns work for partner stores?

Partner stores prepare and fulfill orders before handing them to a delivery partner. The partner dashboard lets you process delivery and pickup orders, track deliveries in real time and manage handoffs with digital verification.

For orders your store fulfills, your own return policy generally applies, and customers see it on your store's page in the app and at checkout before they order.
