As an Instamall Personal Shopper you work inside a single luxury mall — your home mall — fulfilling same-day orders for customers across Miami. Orders arrive in the Instamall Shopper app and you accept them with one tap.
Some orders come pre-packed from partner boutiques: you scan and collect at the counter. For everything else you shop the shelf like a regular customer, paying with the virtual Instamall card in your app — never your own money. Every step is photo-verified, which protects you as much as the customer.
When the order is complete you hand it to a delivery driver at the mall checkpoint. You never drive, never deliver to homes, and never leave the air conditioning. Shifts are scheduled, hours are logged automatically, and payroll runs through Paychex every Friday.
What you'll do
- Accept and fulfill same-day customer orders within your assigned mall
- Collect pre-packed orders from partner boutiques and shop the shelf at all other stores
- Pay for merchandise using the virtual Instamall card issued in the app
- Photo-verify each order — receipt, sealed bag, and driver handoff
- Hand completed orders to delivery drivers at the mall checkpoint
- Keep order accuracy and handoff times within your mall's service targets
What we're looking for
- 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to commute reliably to your assigned mall
- Comfortable using a smartphone app throughout your shift
- Valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification
- Successful completion of a background check
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required
